Marge the Matriarch was created to honour Marge’s 103rd birthday.

The sculpture was later displayed in Summerside, PEI, for her celebration of life attended by Veterans from across the province, the President of the Legion, as well as friends, family and the artist who travelled from across Canada to attend.

The work is a tribute to Marge’s strength, legacy, and the generations of people whose lives she touched. May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
